I emailed CP about Card Jitsu Water, here is their reply:
Hello Csquadqb17,
I've heard rumors about a Water Dojo on Club Penguin, but all of these seem to have been started by other penguins.I've heard no news from the Sensei about a Card-Jitsu Water, so I don't know if there will be one. However, I am certain that the Sensei will always have something planned for us Ninjas who follow the code and hopefully in the future there will be some new skill to learn.
Keep an eye out on the Newspaper and the Blog for any information about what the Sensei is up to, as if he has any news to bring us then it will be seen first in there.
Wow what a ripoff e-mail CP you're acting like I'm a two year old and Club Penguin isn't virtual but real! WOOHOO that's SOOO not annoying lolz (sarcasm)
