Here's the clue! It's kind of a poem but it doesn't rhyme.

The golden feather pin is on the beacon by a puffle party box.
This is the second page. It has the "monkey king". He's kind of weird but ok...

This is the last page. It has the"phoenix queen" that you see on the cover and the cover. It also has the Guardian Dog. and if you wear the whole costume and then "wave" he turns to stone!
