Okay this is odd. This guy is named "rhtracker" and his background is rockhopper! Also i think he has Cp trainer or something but i dunno. cause it says he isn't a member but how do u explain his iggy? Maybe he's someone like billybob or screenhog? They probably get free "memberships" but it doesn't say they are one. I mean they could program it so... Who knows?!?
